The staff was excellent, specially Jorge and Carlos: very nicel! The breakfast is ok! And the Hotel location is very good!
On the first night, they sent me to Impala Hotel (which belongs to the same group), and I had a terrible night because of the street noise and bad mattress. Then, I asked to move to Embajador Hotel (where my reservation was done!).
It's a very nice hotel, polite staff, excellent price-benefits, located at the 9 de julho avenue very acessible and close to a lot of turistic points in B aires, I recommend.
The location of the hotel was very good, we had access to all the tourist places, the staff especially jorje was very helpfull since not many people speak english- he gave us nice advice on where to go and what to do.
Our stay was wonderful. We arrives a day late and were told that maybe you could refund some of the money for that night. <My husband is a police officer and he was called into work and we had to miss the place. We had to reschedlue our plane as well, a nightmare and $4000 had to be paid for the new tickets, The room had a fabulous huge patio and there was no carpeting ( which is important for me) and the price was excellent and the staff was wonderful. In fact, I wish that we were staying there when we come back to Buenos Aries on December 10th for 5 days, but sadly, we booked another hotel with you for 5 days. It is much more expensive and does not have the patio!!!! I am very sorry about this and had I known, I would have only stayed at the first hotel. The second one is called Ayres de Libertad. They are a few blocks away from each other. Also, this hotel faced the main road, the other a side street. The other does have a small pool and a tiny, tiny, gym and a kitchen, which will be nice. Thank you, Marsha & Arek Tarih
The only thing I like was the location of the hotel.
Yes... According to my reservation the room rate should be u$66 plus tax.. They charged me u$100 plus tax... I try to complain but they said that the rate that was showing in my reservation was wrong...... The roons are really small... No place no put my lugage.
The stuff was very nice and helpful and the location was very very good.
The hotel is located on a main street, so there is noise from outside
Feel comfortable like stay at home. Very nice staff and helpful. English speaking reception 24 hrs. I had a bad experience in B Aires but when I came back to the hotel I feel safe. George the staff helps me a lot during my bad time. Took me to police station and helping me translate the document. And taking good care of me. But don't panic the surrounding is safe. Just be careful as visitors should do in buenos aires. Bonus with carrefour small supermarket nearby just 1 min walk.
Helpful hotel staff, very friendly. They aranged a very cheap taxi (160 pesos) to Ezeiza airport.
The size of the room & the leaking toilet.
The location is good, near a main avenue.
They re-built the lobby and that makes you think the hotel is pretty but once you leave for your room, you see it is very old, not very spacious and our room's carpet was dirty.
location, clean and professionally runned accomodation. Very helpful and multilingual personal.
